Hi! As you might be able to guess from the title of this post (and my nervous expression in some of these pictures) I am pretty scared to be doing this, to be honest - I'm TERRFIED whilst I'm typing.
A blog is something I have wanted to do for SO long now, probably over a year, but I just haven't had the confidence. I wanted to do it as a bit of fun, something to do in my spare time because I love fashion and I always get told by people that I should have a go at it. But it is such a daunting thing to do. I've been putting it off for so so long, and my mates are definitely sick of hearing me talk myself in and out of it every other week - But I've finally bit the bullet and done it and here we are - so I hope I get a few people reading and not just the group chat.

For my first post I thought I'd keep it quite casual and this outfit is one of my favourite outfits in a long time. It's simple, but effective! I am definitely someone who prefers summer over winter, not just for the weather, but for the clothes. I love being able to wake up in the morning and throw on a little dress and trainers and not have to worry about layering up and thinking about what you should wear to keep yourself warm.
Lets be honest, it's not often Manchester is blessed with hot weather, but I've been absolutely loving how lucky we have been with the sunshine the past few weeks and this outfit has been perfect for it! Although this Topshop dress is such a simple style, the colours really make it stand out. The colour combination is gorgeous and I couldn't resist it, the orange is such a perfect summer shade. I am a sucker for stripes and this dress hits the spot by mixing chunky and thin stripes in such varying colours. The tie-up shoulders and buttons down the front are the cutest addition and to top it all off, its RIDICULOUSLY comfy (And an absolute bargain at £20)

When I bought this dress, I knew instantly that I had to team it with this bright orange bag(also from Topshop) it was literally the perfect match! And of course, my white Fila Orbit trainers which are definitely the best pair of trainers I own. I debated wearing sandals with this look, but I felt like being a bit more casual and the trainers really helped to make this dress a little less 'girly'. The chunky sole of these trainers is fab for making your legs look longer and the bright white helps make you look a little bit more tanned (Which I really needed)

I really hope you've enjoyed reading this post (Maybe no one has even read it at all and I've just been blabbing on to myself ha! ) But if you have then please let me know if you'd like to see more and what you would like to see, I really appreciate it!

Lots of love, Chlo x
Love it Chloe!! Well done xx
